Glenn Thomas - Managing Director

Managing Director of both Manson Warner Healthcare and Jelf Employee Benefits, Glenn joined the Jelf Group over 17 years ago. He has managed the development of Jelf’s group pensions, flexible benefits and group risk teams, and sits on the Jelf Group operating board.
Prior to joining the Jelf Group, Glenn was a partner at an IFA firm, and before this he held regional Pensions Manager roles at two major life companies.
Wayne Pontin - Sales Director
Sales Director of Manson Warner Healthcare as well as Business Development director for Jelf Employee Benefits, Pontin brings a wealth of experience to the role.
A Director of Jelf for over seven years, he is recognised as an industry expert and was awarded the coveted Health Insurance Best Intermediary SME Proposition in October 2009. Wayne was Managing Director of ‘Pontin and Stein’ prior to acquisition by Jelf Group in December 2003. Wayne was also Managing Director of Jelf Corporate Healthcare for 18 months before concentrating on sales and development.
Graeme Warner - Director
After spending several years with a major American Insurer during the 1980’s, Graeme recognised the role to be played by a specialist healthcare intermediary and, forging a partnership with Jon Manson, established Manson Warner Healthcare in 1988.
Diane Thorpe - Director
Joining Manson Warner Healthcare in 1998, Diane has a significant portfolio of corporate clients and heads up our tele-renewals department.
She has more than 20 years' experience in the health insurance industry and previously worked for BUPA where she held a number of customer service, training, sales and management roles.
Sharon Batchelor - Claims Director

Sharon is responsible for the Manson Warner Healthcare Claims department.
She has over 20 years' experience in the Healthcare industry, and has worked for Manson Warner for over 15 years. She has previously worked for BUPA and Nuffield hospitals.
Jessica Ellis - Key Account Manager

Jessica and her team are responsible for the management of all Manson Warner Healthcare's corporate PMI accounts and ensuring that all our clients receive the best possible support and service.
She joined Manson Warner Healthcare in 1999 and has been in the industry for ten years.
Ged Ginty - Operations Manager

Ged is responsible for managing the internal operations and Sales function of Manson Warner.
He has worked in the Healthcare industry since 1997 after a brief spell playing for rugby for Leigh Centurions. Starting his career at BUPA, his last role before joining Manson Warner involved managing Appointed Representatives for Standard Life Healthcare in the North, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
